🌾 ABOUT — O IN THE OUTBACK

Hi, I’m Nat — a mum, partner, rural woman, and the creator of O in the Outback.

Like many women, I’ve felt the overwhelm, the fatigue, and the quiet disconnection that can come from juggling motherhood, relationships, work, identity, hormones and sexuality — especially living rural and remote. And for a long time, I felt like I was carrying it all alone.

Honesty • Safety • Consent • Connection • Education • Pleasure

O in the Outback was created to change that.

This space exists to help women — particularly rural women — feel seen, understood, connected and less alone as they navigate womanhood in all its forms. To normalise how we feel, how we move through life, and how we experience our bodies and sexuality while balancing kids, partners, work, and everything in between. To normalise the conversations women are often taught to avoid.
The real ones.
The messy ones.
The ones that matter.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re wearing all the hats — mother, partner, friend, worker — while quietly losing touch with yourself, this space is for you.

O in the Outback is about:

  • understanding your body, hormones, and cycles

  • reclaiming pleasure without shame

  • healing with compassion, not judgement

  • having honest conversations about womanhood

  • feeling connected, no matter where you live

I’m not here as an expert with all the answers. This brand was born from lived experience, not perfection. I’m a woman who has spent years learning — often the hard way — how to understand my body, my mind, my patterns, and my healing.

Through conversations, education, humour, and thoughtfully chosen resources, O in the Outback invites women to reconnect with their bodies, their pleasure, their voice, and themselves — at their own pace.

Here, I believe:

  • honesty creates connection

  • pleasure is part of wellbeing

  • healing is not linear

  • fun and depth can coexist

  • women heal best when they feel safe

O in the Outback is a space for you, for me, and for every woman who deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported — without comparison or competition.

Whether you’re here to listen, learn, laugh, heal, or simply feel understood — you are welcome.

You don’t have to do this alone.

I see you.
I get it.
Let’s fill our cups.

❤️

Safety & Care

O in the Outback is built on respect, consent, and compassion.

We acknowledge that conversations around sexuality, trauma, hormones, and mental health can be deeply personal. Our content is shared for education and connection — not diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.

If something here brings up discomfort or distress, we encourage you to pause, take care of yourself, and reach out to a qualified professional or trusted support service.

You are never expected to share more than feels safe for you.
